Middle Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive support for Ukrainian FOP (Group 3), encompassing registration/closure, KVED modifications, contracts, invoicing, taxation, and reporting.

• Administer and offer accounting assistance for Polish JDG, including registration/closure, PKD modifications, contracts, invoicing, taxation, and reporting.

• Oversee tax payments, reporting deadlines, and necessary documentation.

• Engage with FOP/JDG proprietors, accountants, banks, and pertinent authorities.

• Provide guidance on tax, accounting, and administrative issues.

• Operate with Polish banking and accounting platforms.

• Keep financial records organized in Excel and Google Sheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as an accountant in a related field/role.

• Proficiency in accounting/tax administration for FOP/JDG.

• Familiarity with Polish taxation: Ryczałt, ZUS, PIT, VAT.

• Understanding of Ukrainian FOP taxation, specifically Group 3 Unified Tax.

• Experience with Polish banking and accounting software.

• Proficient in Polish — B1–B2; English — Intermediate level.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability.

• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple deadlines.
