Mid-to-Senior Developer – Software Engineering, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain applications utilizing Python for the back end and React for the front end.

• Leverage AI tools (such as coding assistants and AI-enhanced development) to speed up delivery and tackle intricate challenges.

• Independently navigate and contribute to extensive, complex legacy codebases.

• Develop web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS, incorporating unit and functional tests (Playwright).

• Engage with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Aurora, among others.

• Uphold coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure the development of scalable, high-performance applications.

• Assist in enhancing DevOps and cloud infrastructure processes as necessary.

• Take part in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Over 6 years of experience as a full-stack or back-end developer.

• Proficient experience with Python and React (or a comparable JavaScript/TypeScript stack).

• Advanced proficiency in utilizing AI tools for development—should not only have knowledge but also apply them fluently in daily tasks.

• Proficient in English for daily interactions with international teams.

• Capability to work independently and autonomously in a remote setting.

• Comfortable engaging with legacy and highly complex codebases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills and the capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.

• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent demands effectively.
