Mid Ruby on Rails Engineer

📋 Description

• Full-Stack Development: Create and sustain production-quality features utilizing Ruby on Rails across every layer of the technology stack.

• Systems Integration: Craft and execute smooth integrations with various third-party APIs.

• Database Optimization: Oversee relational databases (PostgreSQL), concentrating on schema design, indexing, and performance enhancement.

• Quality Assurance: Develop thorough automated tests with Capybara and Playwright to guarantee high-caliber deployments.

• Collaborative Design: Engage in domain modeling, discussions on application architecture, and the refinement of team development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ruby on Rails: Minimum of 3 years of experience in production settings.

• Go: At least 1 year of professional experience.

• Frontend: Over 1 year of experience working with React and either JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Databases: Strong expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a robust understanding of indices and query optimization.

• Testing: Proven experience with automated testing frameworks.

• API Integration: Established history of integrating with external web APIs.

• Asynchronous Processing: Familiarity with Sidekiq or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

• API Design: Knowledge of GraphQL.

• UI Frameworks: Experience with Mantine.

• Architectural Patterns: Understanding of Clean Architecture.
