This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee and direct a sales team to achieve monthly objectives: activity metrics, projected opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Foster trust and confidence with team members while providing constructive feedback for ongoing development.
• Mentor team members to enhance their professional sales capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other sales managers, directors, and executives to support business growth.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions focused on skill enhancement, inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing topics.
• Exhibit strong sales expertise and the ability to impart sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
• Maintain staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, and training new Account Executives.
• Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge related to inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
• Comprehend your regional market(s) and devise and implement plans for their growth.
• Exemplify HubSpot's core values and leadership qualities.
• Recognize various leadership training methodologies and apply them in interactions with direct reports.
• Professional fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading a consultative sales process, with the capability to segment and manage territories effectively.
• Exceptional coaching abilities - capable of observing, assessing, and utilizing various strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple objectives simultaneously.
• Strong prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness in the initial phases of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
• Robust analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results, driving changes in team behaviors and developing growth strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive business results.
• Strong motivational skills for both individuals and teams, possessing high self-awareness and proficient interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
