This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead and oversee a sales team to achieve monthly objectives: activity metrics, projected opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Foster trust and confidence with team members while providing constructive feedback for ongoing development.
• Mentor team members to enhance their professional sales capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other sales managers, directors, and executives to support business growth.
• Supervise and deliver training on skill enhancement, inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing subjects.
• Exhibit strong sales abilities and the capacity to impart sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
• Ensure adequate team size through the recruitment, selection, and training of new Account Executives.
• Maintain professional and technical expertise in inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
• Comprehend the market(s) in your country and devise and implement plans for their growth.
• Exemplify HubSpot's core values and leadership characteristics.
• Recognize various leadership training styles and apply them in interactions with team members.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading a consultative sales process, with the ability to effectively segment and manage territories.
• Exceptional coaching abilities - capable of observing, evaluating, and utilizing diverse techniques to enhance outcomes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple objectives.
• Strong prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness in the initial stages of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
• Robust analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results, facilitating changes in team behaviors and the development of growth plans.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve business results.
• Strong motivation skills for both individuals and teams, accompanied by high self-awareness and effective interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
