This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee and implement Ashby’s solutions for mid-market and smaller enterprise clients from start to finish.
• Manage around 15 active implementations simultaneously.
• Lead implementation projects that typically last between 4 to 8 weeks.
• Collaborate directly with customers to create and execute implementation strategies.
• Ensure a positive customer journey and rapid time to value.
• Assist customers in swiftly adopting Ashby to achieve their desired results.
• Define project scope, align stakeholders, communicate implementation plans, and fulfill agreed-upon expectations.
• Keep implementation teams on schedule to meet key milestones.
• Navigate change management processes and assist customers in adjusting to new systems and methodologies.
• Provide customers with best practice advice regarding software usage.
• Proactively identify common customer opportunities and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with teams in Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Act as the customer's guide, advocate, and representative to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and assess success.
• Mentor and educate customers throughout the implementation process.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing implementations for a complex SaaS product.
• Significant experience leading implementation and onboarding initiatives in fast-paced B2B SaaS settings.
• Proven ability to define project scope, align stakeholders, communicate plans, and meet expectations.
• Capability to keep teams focused on achieving milestones in a remote-first environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements, less than 10% of the time.
• Experience with intricate, multi-module SaaS systems.
• Knowledge of shared configuration and data models.
• Comfort with analytics, conditional logic, and relational data.
• Familiarity with Ashby is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in managing change processes effectively.
• Ability to provide customers with guidance on software best practices.
• Strong critical thinking skills to devise innovative, scalable solutions to problems.
• Proficiency in collaborating across functions with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong listening skills and a commitment to customer advocacy.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of technical proficiency.
• Data-driven mindset utilizing metrics and analytics.
