This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline through both self-generated leads and those supported by the SDR team, aimed at enhancing customer acquisition.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to demonstrations and closing, concentrating on acquiring new business from targeted accounts.
• Execute discovery calls to gain insight into customer business challenges and objectives. Effectively position Customer.io's solutions to address these needs.
• Collaborate closely with the SDR team to provide feedback on lead quality, and partner with Customer Success and Technical Support to ensure a seamless transition after the sale.
• Take ownership of and report on personal sales metrics, including pipeline status and progress towards goals, facilitating informed decision-making.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, specifically managing mid-market accounts.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals within the B2B SaaS sector, preferably in MarTech.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or a comparable framework that enhances consultative selling and guides the discovery-to-close process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional and engaging demeanor to foster rapport with new prospects.
• Strong capability to identify customer business requirements and effectively position relevant solutions to drive acquisition.
• Primarily responsible for mid-market accounts characterized by shorter sales cycles and lower ACV deals.
