Mid-Level/Senior Android Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Serve as a catalyst for digital and cultural change at Brazil's largest banking institution — not only adhering to established protocols but also fostering a foundation of ongoing technical excellence;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile development using Kotlin and Java;

• Proficient in using Maven;

• Familiar with the MVVM architectural pattern;

• Strong commitment to quality, including writing unit tests and engaging in code reviews (MockK, Robolectric);

• Knowledge and application of Clean Code principles and Design Patterns to maintain clean, straightforward, and manageable code;

• Experience in designing layouts with XML and Jetpack Compose;

• Familiar with Scrum methodologies and Jira tools;

• Understanding of code quality, automation, and the testing pyramid; familiarity with Xray is an advantage;

• Self-sufficient and proactive attitude;

• Previous experience in Staff Augmentation settings is a plus;

• Must reside in the São Paulo region and be open to visiting the client's office 1–2 times per week;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and culture;

• Experience with automation tools;

• Ability to effectively communicate in remote environments;

• Understanding of native Android Accessibility features;

• Familiar with Clean Architecture and Design Patterns;

• Knowledge of iOS/Swift is a bonus.
