Mid-Level VoIP Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engineers and integrates voice, video, and collaboration features within IT/OT environments.

• Provides lab validation, cutover support, operational testing, transition artifacts, and ORR assistance.

• Focuses on secure and reliable communications engineering, testing, stabilization, O&M handoff, and ORR support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise VoIP/UC or telecom engineering.

• Knowledge of SIP and call routing.

• Experience with dial plans and endpoint provisioning.

• Understanding of voice quality fundamentals.

• Ability to troubleshoot across voice, video, collaboration, and network/security dependencies.

• Strong documentation and runbook discipline.

• Must have or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
