Mid-Level UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address challenges through design. You will apply design thinking and user research to identify unmet needs or unexplored opportunities, transforming them into strategic visions for clients and internal teams.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and various other UX design deliverables.

• Craft intuitive interfaces utilizing high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

• Create and enhance design systems and style guides.

• Document specifications for seamless handoff.

• Provide visual design support in response to client requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing your skills is essential.

• Experience in solving, designing, and creating for a variety of digital products and services.

• Proficiency in producing visual design assets such as icons, illustrations, and UI components.

• Experience in developing and implementing design systems and style guides.

• A solid understanding of the user-centered design process (UCD).

• Knowledge of addressing business challenges with design solutions.

• Familiarity with UX Research methodologies.

• A bachelor’s degree focused on related fields such as HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or other design-oriented qualifications.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of design experience is required.

• Proficient in Spanish, as client meetings are conducted in Spanish.

• Minimum B2 level in English, used for internal meetings.

• A strong foundation and experience in visual design.

• Functional expertise in Figma, especially Figma Make.

• Familiarity with tools like Maze and Notion.

• Knowledge of other design AI tools such as Google Stitch, Claude Design, Magic Patterns, etc.
