This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of and enhance both organic and paid search performance.
• Detect and address technical SEO challenges related to crawlability, indexation, and site health.
• Create and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Enhance website performance that affects rankings and conversion rates, focusing on Core Web Vitals.
• Establish reporting systems utilizing GA4, Search Console, and various advertising platforms.
• Conduct ongoing experiments involving keywords, landing pages, bids, and technical adjustments.
• Develop AI agents to automate processes and scale execution efficiently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
• Robust understanding of technical SEO aspects such as site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Proficiency with paid search platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical abilities with data analysis tools like GA4, Search Console, and reporting software.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows and improve performance.
• Familiarity with building or working alongside AI agents (e.g., Claude code).
• Knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools.
• Ability to convert data insights into actionable strategies and outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking and a mindset geared towards experimentation.
