This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Log and manage user requests in the ticketing system;
• Classify and prioritize tickets based on established protocols;
• Offer remote and telephone support;
• Address issues related to access, software, viruses, and infrastructure;
• Escalate tickets when necessary;
• Strive to resolve tickets eligible for First Call Resolution (FCR);
• Record and oversee critical incidents;
• Assist users with inquiries related to technology.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, IT Management, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or similar fields;
• Familiarity with technical support and user support/customer service.
