This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and nurture a strong, trust-based relationship with clients;
• Oversee the progress of clients' integrations;
• Serve as a consultant by identifying client challenges and suggesting optimal integration flows;
• Offer technical assistance to clients for API integrations when required;
• Work in collaboration with Sales, Support, and Tech teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and effective communication;
• Proficient in navigating technical subjects, particularly systems and APIs;
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues;
• Highly solution-focused, dedicated to providing value and an exceptional customer experience;
• Capability to convert technical specifications into business terminology and vice versa.
