Mid-level Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud, Digital Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, emphasizing digital customer engagement and relationship journeys.

• Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), incorporating business logic and user interface components.

• Execute automations and business processes using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and other declarative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed higher education degree (Bachelor’s) in Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and their relationships, including Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, and Case.

• Proficiency in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication, system-to-system integration, and service-oriented architectures.

• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Background in development environments utilizing version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Experience collaborating within agile teams and interfacing with business and product sectors.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly in integrations and interacting with systems or digital channels.

• A keen interest in full-stack development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Capability to work independently, taking responsibility and ownership of technical tasks.

• Proficient in technical English for understanding documentation.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is desirable.

• Extensive experience with the Salesforce Platform, particularly in Service Cloud.
