This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer accounts;
• Present solutions and commercial proposals through various channels;
• Conduct consultative sales by exploring the technical aspects of negotiations tailored to each client's requirements;
• Lead the sales process with excellence, ensuring quality at every stage and in interactions with teams such as Customer Success, Partnerships, Support, Marketing, and Product Verticals;
• Monitor, plan, and analyze the sales funnel utilizing our CRM;
• Actively engage in developing the commercial processes and routines for the area;
• Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to meet targets;
• Experience in sales within B2B companies;
• Ability to employ active listening and a consultative sales methodology;
• Highly organized, capable of managing priorities and time effectively;
• Proactive and initiative-oriented in seeking solutions;
• Customer- and results-focused.
• Nice to have:
• Prior experience in account expansion through cross-selling or farming;
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies for modular or multi-solution products;
• Experience in the employee benefits, HR, or B2B SaaS platform sectors;
