• **Testing Strategy & Execution**

• - Design, plan, and manage comprehensive testing strategies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• - Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are adequately covered

• - Define and implement testing strategies based on risk assessment and regression analysis

• **Automation & Manual Testing**

• - Create, maintain, and execute automated testing scripts and frameworks

• - Conduct thorough manual testing to uncover edge cases and hidden defects

• **Bug Tracking & Quality Control**

• - Accurately identify, document, and monitor defects with high attention to detail

• - Ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of issues

• **Continuous Improvement**

• - Keep abreast of the latest testing tools and methodologies

• - Promote innovation and enhancements in QA processes and practices

• **Experience**

• - 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

• - Extensive experience in both manual and automated testing

• - Demonstrated experience in designing test plans, test cases, and regression suites

• **Technical Skills**

• - In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and the SDLC

• - Proficient with automation tools and scripting languages

• - Familiarity with bug tracking and test management software

• - Experience using version control systems

• - Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices is an advantage

• **Education**

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
