Mid-level QA – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive quality strategies and establish long-term technical guidelines for various projects;

• Design, validate, and advance sophisticated automation frameworks and accelerators from the ground up;

• Spearhead the research, adoption, and governance of emerging technologies, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (including LLMs and autonomous agents) to enhance testing efficiency;

• Actively oversee, construct, and refine Quality Gates, test observability, and automated pipelines within intricate CI/CD environments;

• Shape system architecture to guarantee that systems are testable, resilient, and engineered for optimal reliability;

• Mentor, empower, and direct the technical growth of fellow quality engineers within the team;

• Engage directly with strategic clients, articulating complex engineering-quality metrics in terms of business value and ensuring full transparency regarding system health, development, and reliability to both the team and decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in quality processes, ensuring the reliability of highly complex systems (including modeling, crafting test scenarios, developing test strategies, and management reporting);

• Proven experience in building and customizing mobile test automation frameworks;

• Familiarity with Appium for front-end testing, alongside working knowledge of Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS);

• Strong understanding of coding best practices (Clean Code, design patterns);

• Practical experience in integrating quality routines within CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) and utilizing containers (Docker);

• Experience in validating directly against microservices APIs;

• Hands-on experience in applying AI tools to testing engineering (including data generation, automation script creation/fixing, or process optimization);

• Expertise in defining, monitoring, and evolving quality metrics and producing clear, analytical test reports;

• Background in mentoring teams and aiding the technical development of team members;

• Experience collaborating directly with corporate clients and technical leadership.
