Mid Level Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of global initiatives, spanning from planning to delivery and post-launch activities;

• Manage intricate, multi-regional projects while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives;

• Deliver clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and facilitating the resolution of critical issues;

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables;

• Create and maintain project plans, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight;

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to reduce potential impacts on delivery;

• Monitor program performance through data and metrics, enabling informed decision-making and ongoing optimization;

• Advocate for continuous enhancement of program management processes, boosting efficiency and effectiveness;

• Ensure a strong customer-centric approach by leveraging knowledge of support processes and providing high-quality solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage;

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally in global and technology-oriented settings;

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the capability to influence and negotiate at various organizational levels;

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams;

• Solid familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies;

• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions;

• Basic knowledge of customer support processes;

• Proficiency in English is a significant advantage;

• Proactive mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
