This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will guide features through their complete lifecycle – starting from the initial concept, progressing through discovery and specification, and continuing to launch and beyond.
• You will autonomously manage and prioritize app backlogs – assessing incoming ideas and CSM tickets while ensuring they are well organized.
• During the discovery phase, you will confirm user problems, analyze research findings, and convert them into well-defined product decisions.
• You will define features and pass them to development – providing comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and acting as a dependable PO interface.
• You will regularly assess impact – establishing KPI baselines, conducting post-launch evaluations, and incorporating learnings into future iterations.
• You will actively influence the roadmap – managing epics, dependencies, and making well-reasoned prioritization choices.
• You will create new app concepts derived from research and business cases.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a PM or PO role possessing independent product responsibility.
• Proficient in utilizing product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel, Tableau): developing hypotheses, defining metrics, and measuring impact.
• Experience conducting user research (interviews, friction analyses, heatmaps) in both qualitative and quantitative formats.
• Ability to produce dev-ready tickets: precise user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and traceable documentation.
• Structured prioritization under resource constraints – familiar with frameworks like RICE and able to justify decisions.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products, especially in the e-commerce sector; knowledge of Shopify is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of product marketing: generating ideas for go-to-market strategies and user retention.
• Proven experience managing multiple products or product areas concurrently, along with the ability to build and maintain product roadmaps.
