• Perform thorough analysis of tasks and requirements, ensuring clarity, detail, technical feasibility, and a precise definition of acceptance criteria.
• Assess risks and evaluate technical and operational impacts prior to the implementation of demands.
• Independently verify the deliverables of the development team by simulating real-world scenarios and creating follow-up adjustment tasks as needed.
• Stay informed on legal updates (laws, provisions, and regulations) and pinpoint opportunities for system enhancements or modifications.
• Systematically document new requirements for evaluation and prioritization by the Product team.
• Monitor release planning and progress, ensuring alignment with affected stakeholders.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and manuals, ensuring clarity, standardization, and compliance with implemented features.
• Assist in processes for expanding the system to new states or responsibilities, analyzing local legislation, fee schedules, and notary/registry workflows.
• Aid in product preparation for initial deployments in new states, collaborating with the Implementation team and gathering strategic feedback for product development.
• Engage in technical training sessions and contribute to the sharing of internal knowledge.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and functional detailing.
• Demonstrated experience in system validation and functional testing.
• Proficient in technical documentation and manual writing.
• Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Experience working within agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
