Mid-level Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The objective is to independently organize and oversee the mapping, optimization, and transition (Change Management) of business processes, system workflows, and analytical datasets within a portfolio of essential digital transformation and IT initiatives.

• The selected candidate will take on a pivotal role in converting operational and systems complexity into streamlined solutions, while also crafting and overseeing the change strategy to alleviate operational and cultural resistance, thereby enhancing the adoption and engagement of bank employees and end customers.

• Facilitate workshops, collaborative sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and deliver executive presentations with a sense of independence and ownership.

• Ensure that enhancements and processes adhere to best practices in registry and master data governance (Cadastro), data governance, and compliance, while defining KPIs for operational efficiency and KPIs for the success/adoption of the implemented changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in leading the mapping of highly intricate processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and governance of systems, data, and business rules.

• Proven track record in project management utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional synthesis and communication abilities, with a talent for clearly translating technical IT documentation for business, compliance, and legal teams.

• Extremely high level of ownership, proactivity, and autonomy to conduct meetings and drive solutions independently.

• Commitment, ownership, and autonomy: action-oriented mindset and thorough self-management, taking initiative to eliminate organizational obstacles.

• Holistic and systemic perspective: comprehension of the end-to-end implications that a system change has on individuals, processes, and data.

• Communication, influence, and facilitation: capacity to engage and orchestrate both technical and business stakeholders in favor of change.
