Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager – Meta, TikTok

📋 Description

• You will create and execute sustainable paid social strategies and campaigns primarily on Meta, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.

• You will oversee a monthly marketing budget of at least six figures and make decisions independently.

• As a part of our team, you will assist in planning and executing all performance marketing activities, focusing on revenue growth and customer acquisition for our clients.

• You will develop concepts and produce creative briefs for our Brand & Design team, as well as for content creators.

• You will provide advisory services to clients and formulate strategic, long-term solutions.

• Quality assurance and monitoring processes will be integral to your daily tasks, managed independently, while deriving suitable recommendations for action.

• You will proactively suggest new strategies and ideas to enhance existing channels and clients, as well as to explore new channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing, particularly focused on paid social, and managing an annual ad spend of at least €100,000.

• Proficiency in creative strategy and direct response advertising.

• You should be able to quickly acclimate to new subjects, possess strong communication skills, be highly customer-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.

• A hands-on work style is essential, along with a commitment to setting new standards to consistently ensure high-quality output.

• Fluency in German and good command of English is required.

• A straightforward attitude: you should be capable of presenting ideas to major clients and leading client engagements effectively.
