Mid-level Lawyer – Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously on legal and tax issues of varying complexity, ensuring high technical standards, adhering to deadlines, and delivering consistent support to clients.

• Prepare procedural documents and legal assessments.

• Assist the internal legal team with all legal concerns, including tax issues of low to medium complexity.

• Engage in technical discussions with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of substantive and procedural Corporate and Tax Law.

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate and tax litigation and advisory services.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

• A postgraduate degree or specialization in Tax Law is preferred.

• Fluent in English (mandatory; a leveling/proficiency assessment will be conducted).
