Mid-Level Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with CI&T to support a client within the financial sector.

• Design and develop backend systems.

• Create and sustain high-quality, high-performance microservices.

• Engage actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment.

• Work with the team to suggest and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.

• Take part in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.

• Foster a collaborative and productive atmosphere while working with both team members and clients.

• Maintain open and effective communication with all team members to facilitate information sharing and alignment on objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Java/Spring development.

• Understanding of Clean Code principles and REST APIs.

• Ability to write unit and/or automated tests.

• Experience conducting code reviews.

• Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps Repos).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN), including daily stand-ups, sprints, and reviews.

• Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment (Microsoft Azure), as well as with CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, and microservices architecture.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Awareness of Generative AI.

• Background in Angular development.

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Knowledge of Node.js.
