Mid-level Growth Marketing Analyst – Web Analytics, SEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assess traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics across various digital platforms.

• Create analyses and reports to pinpoint opportunities for organic growth.

• Design, implement, and supervise On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.

• Conduct technical SEO evaluations and suggest enhancements to site architecture, indexing, performance, and user experience.

• Monitor keyword rankings, market share, and competitor activities.

• Develop dashboards and executive reports to track performance outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Content, Technology, and Growth teams to facilitate improvements.

• Ensure the integrity of digital measurement using analytics tools and proper tagging.

• Execute funnel analyses, study navigation behaviors, and identify conversion obstacles.

• Assist in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts based on data analysis and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Web Analytics and SEO.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Familiarity with Google Search Console.

• Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive business insights.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Knowledge of acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Competence in performing technical SEO assessments.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
