• A curiosity to explore, learn, and experiment with new digital tools.

• The confidence to propose innovative ideas and lead them independently.

• A willingness to navigate various scopes of work.

• Experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights.

• Familiarity with research and development utilizing AI.

• Knowledge of acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Intermediate skills in Looker Studio.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• A case from personal or professional experience (such as process automation, area enhancements, tool development, personal projects, etc.).
