Mid-Level Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Designing visually appealing and meticulously crafted graphics that embody the brand's ethos and brief, always prioritizing the consumer experience.

• Engaging deeply in the visual design process through thorough research, conceptualization, iterations, and explorations.

• Achieving a harmonious balance between NOCT’s objectives, client expectations, and consumer satisfaction.

• Ensuring all deliverables are completed within the designated timelines.

• Generating ideas and visualizing concepts across various mediums, extending beyond your immediate skill set.

• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth implementation of designs and ensure timely project completion.

• Conducting consumer testing to refine designs and derive valuable insights.

• Coordinating with NOCT’s in-house team at the Panchgani studio as well as any remote team members.

• Working alongside team members and actively engaging in discussions and brainstorming sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a design role.

• A portfolio showcasing work in Brand & Identity Design, Layouts & Composition, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related area of study. (Academic qualifications are less important; we assess applications based on the quality of design portfolios.)

• Proficient in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and InDesign.
