Mid-level Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish optimal technical solutions for business challenges, contributing to an architectural vision aimed at becoming the world's premier research platform.

• Deliver functional code primarily using React on the frontend and Kotlin microservices with Postgres on the backend.

• Frequently release updates to our customers, utilizing CIrcleCI and Spinnaker for CI/CD, and swiftly gather feedback to guide our subsequent iterations.

• Oversee our services, identifying errors before they affect users, diagnosing root causes, and implementing solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a STEM discipline is preferred, but we are open to candidates who have honed their skills through alternative pathways.

• Experience in a similar role within a mature Engineering team, with aspirations to elevate your career.

• Technical proficiency with at least one frontend framework, preferably React, along with backend system experience (We utilize Kotlin and some Ruby).

• Familiarity with contemporary AI technologies is advantageous—experience with integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI SDK), developing AI-assisted workflows, or utilizing AI tools to enhance product capabilities and engineering efficiency is a plus.

• A proven history of making a significant impact in previous positions, distinguishing yourself from peers.

• Self-motivated and proactive—capable of independently overcoming obstacles and striving for exceptional results.

• Detail-oriented—maintains high standards and possesses a keen attention to detail.
