Mid-level FullStack Developer – PHP, Laravel, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on development of web, backend, and mobile functionalities, including integrations;

• Exhibit critical thinking and initiative to aid in the development of solutions;

• Create and maintain applications utilizing PHP/Laravel and MySQL;

• Assist in modernizing existing frontends towards contemporary architectures with React;

• Contribute to mobile projects using React Native;

• Aid in the establishment and adherence to technical standards for code, structure, testing, APIs, and documentation;

• Conduct code reviews and offer technical mentorship to less experienced developers;

• Collaborate on architectural decisions alongside technical leadership and Product teams;

• Identify and mitigate technical debt that impacts stability, productivity, and scalability;

• Enhance the performance of applications, APIs, and databases;

• Facilitate integrations with both internal and external systems and data platforms;

• Contribute to advancements in deployment, version control, CI/CD, and monitoring processes;

• Participate in incident analysis, critical bug resolution, and the management of production issues;

• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, DevOps, and Business teams;

• Ensure that technical evolution progresses incrementally, sustainably, and with a focus on delivering value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with PHP and Laravel;

• Proficient in relational databases, particularly MySQL;

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React;

• Knowledge of React Native and Kotlin/Swift;

• Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs;

• Understanding of Git, code review processes, and effective version control practices;

• Experience with Docker;

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines;

• Capability to analyze production issues and propose structured solutions;

• **Nice to have**

• Familiarity with GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Firebase, or similar);

• Knowledge of Azure or DigitalOcean;

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents/automations, and integration with AI APIs;

• Experience with jQuery;

• Knowledge of queues, asynchronous jobs, and background processing;
