📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance backend applications utilizing Python and FastAPI.

• Establish and advocate for best practices in architecture and development processes.

• Engage in technical discussions and offer technical assistance to the team.

• Focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and observability of applications.

• Contribute to the advancement of the platform architecture.

• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Facilitate initiatives related to quality, security, and technical governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development with Python.

• In-depth knowledge of FastAPI.

• Advanced proficiency with PostgreSQL and data modeling.

• Familiarity with distributed architectures and microservices.

• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Technical leadership abilities and proficiency in making architectural decisions.

• Experience in agile development settings.
