Mid-Level Full Stack Developer – Java/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance and maintain features within existing backend systems (Struts/Spring)

• Design new interfaces using modern Angular while ensuring compatibility with AngularJS modules

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and batch processing

• Create integrations with external systems through REST APIs

• Participate actively in code reviews and the incremental refactoring process

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in production environments (beyond just greenfield projects)

• Proficient in SQL: Ability to troubleshoot and improve performance without solely depending on ORMs

• Acknowledgment that legacy code holds business value; emphasis on understanding the context prior to suggesting changes

• Capability to make sound technical decisions while possessing the maturity to seek advice on significant architectural impacts

• Practice of atomic commits, concise commit messages, and well-documented code
