Mid-Level Domestic Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee requests and track reservations, ensuring quick and accurate solutions that comply with airline and supplier policies.

• Deliver human-centered, objective, and solution-driven multichannel support to travel agencies and domestic clients.

• Prepare quotes and manage bookings, ticket issuance, modifications, and rebookings for domestic air travel.

• Provide ancillary services, including pet transportation, unaccompanied minor services, seat assignments, and excess baggage handling.

• Calculate fare differences for ticket modifications and reissues in accordance with relevant regulations.

• Analyze and interpret fare rules and airline policies.

• Oversee and ensure the completion of ticketing and after-sales processes, adhering to deadlines and upholding service quality.

• Cultivate ongoing relationships with internal teams and partner airlines, promoting effective communication.

• Offer suggestions to enhance operational and customer service processes continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Prior customer service experience, ideally in the tourism sector.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with DCP E-LATAM, E-GOL, and other airline portals such as Azul and LATAM NDC.

• Knowledge of Amadeus and/or Sabre is advantageous.
