This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Demonstrate a dynamic and proactive approach.
• Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams for issue investigation and resolution, as well as engage with application users to comprehend their requests.
• Bring a wealth of ideas and practical solutions to create workarounds for challenges in the production environment, restoring operations with the urgency that the business demands.
• Display eagerness to identify and address root causes of issues, preventing the recurrence of known problems and fostering continuous operational improvement.
• Actively seek opportunities for daily enhancements through both minor and significant actions, ensuring that the support team dedicates their time to value-added activities instead of repetitive tasks.
• Provide Tier 3 (N3) support.
• Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL.
• Experience in Level 2 (L2) support, including investigation, analysis, and interpretation of logs, as well as troubleshooting complex production issues involving multiple components from various vendors that interact through different integration types (services, queues, files).
• Proficiency in utilizing and developing scripts and runbooks/processes for incident management.
• Flexibility to work in scenarios involving customer-critical systems.
• Basic understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, OracleDB, and IBM DB2.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, GCP Log Explorer).
• Intermediate knowledge of application troubleshooting techniques (logs, queries, etc.).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs (Postman, Hoppscotch).
• Exposure to backend development in Java is a plus.
• Intermediate or fluent proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with cloud systems (GCP).
• Knowledge of messaging protocols and queuing systems, including asynchronous processing and Pub/Sub.
