Mid Level Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of specific components within a project, encompassing data, modeling, and evaluation.

• Create models, agents, and evaluation frameworks that ensure safety and reliability.

• Collaborate with engineers to transition projects into production.

• Effectively communicate your work with the team and stakeholders.

• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

• Commit to continuous learning as the field progresses.

• Select modeling techniques, develop training and evaluation systems, and deploy to production.

• Work in partnership with engineers and domain specialists across Satalia and WPP.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in developing ML/AI models for production environments.

• Proficient in modeling techniques for both structured and unstructured datasets.

• Practical experience in building systems powered by large language models (LLMs).

• Strong software engineering practices, including proficiency in Python, version control, testing, and code review.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: Familiarity with temporal and geospatial datasets.

• Preferred: Experience in creating and testing agents.

• Preferred: Knowledge of federated learning, clean rooms, or other privacy-preserving methodologies.

• Preferred: Background in marketing technology, ad tech, audience modeling, or media mix modeling.

• Preferred: Publications or significant contributions to open-source projects.
