Mid-Level Data and Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance intelligent automation solutions utilizing AI and LLMs.

• Connect AI models with internal systems through APIs.

• Create services, APIs, and integrations between both internal and external systems.

• Construct pipelines and automated workflows utilizing events, webhooks, and messaging.

• Collaborate with platforms like n8n, Power Automate, and custom workflows.

• Develop applied AI solutions including generative APIs, computer vision, and language and semantic search capabilities.

• Analyze data to extract insights, business intelligence, and dashboards.

• Oversee, refine, and ensure the optimal performance of automations and services.

• Implement engineering best practices such as version control, testing, CI/CD, and observability.

• Document solutions and work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including development, data, product, and business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or .NET (C#).

• Understanding of API integration and service architecture.

• Experience in automation and workflow orchestration.

• Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.

• Familiarity with Git and development best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and integration with knowledge bases.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and observability practices.

• A cost optimization mindset (FinOps) focused on solution efficiency.
