Mid-level Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity, organization, and dependability of the data utilized by Marketing and Sales.

• Manage and enhance the CRM, automations, integrations, and tools that facilitate revenue operations, including migration, implementation, and governance initiatives.

• Map out, document, and refine processes throughout the customer journey, from demand generation to retention and growth.

• Create dashboards, reports, and analyses that assist leadership in decision-making.

• Identify obstacles in conversion, productivity, activation, and retention, offering data-driven solutions.

• Aid in the definition, monitoring, and evolution of essential Sales & Marketing metrics.

• Develop automations that minimize operational tasks and boost team efficiency.

• Establish commercial prioritization models, deal distribution, and lead scoring mechanisms.

• Integrate marketing, sales, product, and customer experience data to produce more thorough business analyses.

• Investigate practical AI applications to enhance productivity, automate processes, and elevate the quality of analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, including configuring pipelines, workflows, custom properties, and reports.

• Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and Claude.

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery).

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker Studio or equivalent).

• Advanced capabilities in Google Sheets or similar applications.

• Basic understanding of Python.

• Strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and an analytical, investigative mindset.

• It is beneficial if you possess:

• • Experience in SaaS or B2B companies.
• • Knowledge of metrics such as CAC, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and recurring revenue.
• • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or project management tools like Notion.
• • Experience in CRM migration, implementation, or restructuring projects.
• • Experience with channel attribution and customer acquisition analysis.
• • Familiarity with AI tools applied to operations, productivity, or decision-making.
