Mid-level Conversational Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and enhance conversational flows for conversational interfaces, prioritizing usability, clarity, engagement, and efficiency.

• Maintain consistency and coherence in the conversational experience by adhering to the tone, language, and pattern guidelines established by the team.

• Assist in conducting behavioral analyses and validating flows, suggesting enhancements based on data insights and feedback.

• Work in collaboration with senior UX Designers, development teams, QA, and computational linguists to convert technical and business requirements into high-quality conversational experiences.

• Record design decisions, flows, and insights, ensuring that materials and standards remain current.

• Foster the ongoing development of conversational experiences by analyzing metrics, logs, and operational outcomes.

• Fundamental understanding of conversational interface design, including chatbots or voicebots.

• Basic knowledge of design thinking principles.

• Familiarity with performance and operational metrics along with introductory analysis of conversational data.

• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work under guidance and feedback while gradually gaining independence in deliverables.

• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clearly communicating ideas and decisions.

• (Required) Intermediate proficiency in English.
