Mid-level Contracts and Payments Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluation of property documentation and land registry records;

• Technical assistance in public expropriation procedures;

• Management of the removal of restrictions and other encumbrances on property titles;

• Steps to integrate assets into the company's portfolio;

• Drafting clarifications and statements for registry processes;

• Monitoring and addressing inquiries with land registry offices;

• Implementation of legal and administrative actions for property regularization;

• Execute additional responsibilities related to the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (either completed or in progress);

• Experience in the property/asset (real estate) sector;

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
