Mid-Level Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance and maintenance for Billing operations under the contracts with Comgás and Sulgás.

• Analyze and address incidents, errors, and challenges associated with billing.

• Perform requirements analysis and aid in the implementation of system enhancements and improvements.

• Oversee support tickets, determine root causes, and suggest corrective and preventive measures.

• Assist in functional testing and validation of implemented fixes and upgrades.

• Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to guarantee service quality and continuity.

• Contribute to the documentation of processes and solutions that have been implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Billing Analyst.

• Background in working on AMS and/or AD projects.

• Strong understanding of billing processes.

• Experience in analyzing and resolving incidents, providing system support, and implementing system enhancements.
