• Configure bid proposals and validate assembly schedules based on the specific characteristics of each group.
• Review and modify system settings to ensure compliance with current regulations and the official calendar.
• Manage daily inquiries related to bid proposals, assessing eligibility and consistency of data.
• Retrieve results from the Federal Lottery and formalize/approve assemblies within the system.
• Analyze group balances and inform the manager regarding the necessity for additional contributions (top-ups) or redemptions (withdrawals).
• Extract and validate reports of accredited bids, pinpointing inconsistencies and variances.
• Extract confirmed quota reports and disseminate allocation notifications via OMNI.
• Execute manual resending in instances where automatic dispatch fails.
• Cancel allocations for delinquent quotas after consulting with the credit department and notify the relevant area.
• Address issues related to pending allocations due to non-payment of bids, canceling when warranted.
• Collaborate with the pertinent department to send reservation notices to consortium members.
• Analyze assembly outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest enhancements to the system.
• Conduct market analyses and contribute to the strategic positioning of products.
• Prepare Business Plans for new consortium groups.
• Recommend operational adjustments to enhance processes and minimize rework.
• Conduct preliminary analysis of SAG 2080, identifying and rectifying discrepancies in collaboration with involved areas.
• Review notes, alerts, and responses from the Central Bank, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Support the maintenance of regulatory compliance for groups and operational processes.
• Execute procedures for the establishment of new groups, ensuring standardization.
• Assess the necessity for new products, requesting feasibility studies from the Planning department.
• Detail characteristics such as administration fees, credits, sales composition, participant count, and duration.
• Authorize groups for commercialization and inform the involved departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience executing moderately complex routines with a degree of autonomy.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify deviations, and aid in decision-making.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data cross-referencing, formulas, and basic automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, KPIs, and integrated visual analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for preparing emails, notices, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and tools for productivity and organization.
• Organized and capable of managing administrative and operational routines, including handling physical and digital documents.
• Ability to resolve moderately complex issues using critical thinking and strategic insight.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in teams and support internal processes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to standardization and information quality.
• Proactive attitude and interest in the continuous development of both technical and behavioral skills.
