This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and assess companies with potential for corporate travel and business prospects.
• Generate new client leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and strategic networking.
• Arrange and conduct sales meetings with managers, directors, and business owners.
• Evaluate client potential based on company size, volume, needs, and available budget.
• Perform consultative diagnostics to gain insights into the corporate client’s challenges, pain points, and processes.
• Prioritize leads with the highest chances of conversion and profitability.
• Present tailored solutions that emphasize competitive advantages and ROI.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals that align with client requirements and internal policies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, timelines, and SLAs, ensuring financial feasibility.
• Oversee negotiations until contract signing, ensuring coherence between proposal and delivery.
• Record and manage opportunities in the CRM, maintaining an organized and updated pipeline.
• Track negotiations, prepare forecasts, and oversee the sales cycle.
• Strategically reduce the sales cycle duration and enhance conversion rates.
• Achieve targets related to new clients, revenue, and commercial performance.
• Foster active relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct strategic follow-ups and manage objections in a consultative fashion.
• Ensure smooth client transition post-closing, assisting onboarding with internal teams.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and trends within the corporate market.
• Identify opportunities for new products, segments, and commercial adjustments.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Tourism, International Relations, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales and proactive prospecting, with a focus on consultative selling in medium- to long-cycle sales and new account acquisition.
• Familiarity with SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies.
• Proficiency in CRM and commercial pipeline management using Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
• Experience in preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals.
• Ability to analyze sales KPIs, including conversion rates, average ticket size, sales cycle duration, and portfolio performance.
• Strong skills in commercial negotiation and basic knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills for engaging with corporate decision-makers.
• Proficiency in digital tools and online prospecting, including LinkedIn, email, videoconferencing, and presentations.
• Understanding of the corporate segment and B2B purchasing dynamics.
• Knowledge of compliance and corporate policies relevant to commercial negotiations.
• Intermediate level of English or Spanish.
