This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and pursue new agencies and strategic partnerships, enhancing the client portfolio and bolstering the tour operator's market position.
• Conduct sales visits to present corporate proposals, evaluate client needs, and create new business opportunities.
• Develop customized commercial proposals that align with the specific characteristics and potential of each agency.
• Lead commercial discussions, establish competitive terms, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Foster partner loyalty through a consultative, personalized, and ongoing engagement.
• Assist agencies by facilitating requests, optimizing processes, and guaranteeing timely responses.
• Showcase the tour operator's products, services, and unique offerings, emphasizing added value to drive conversions.
• Provide training for agencies on sales methodologies, reservation systems, product offerings, and commercial policies.
• Aid in the promotion of marketing campaigns and materials.
• Track individual targets and partner agency performance, analyze data, and propose enhancements.
• Monitor sales metrics, including volume, average ticket size, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Compile commercial reports with insights for strategic modifications and corrective measures.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, product development, customer service, and finance teams.
• Represent the tour operator at events, travel fairs, workshops, roadshows, and promotional initiatives.
• Provide market insights to refine products and commercial strategies.
• High school diploma.
• Proven experience in sales or commercial roles, particularly in medium- to high-complexity negotiations.
• Experience in managing and developing strategic accounts (key accounts).
• In-depth market knowledge with the capability to identify business opportunities.
• Strategic mindset to contribute to the planning and execution of commercial initiatives.
• Ability to serve as a technical resource and support team development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset, results-driven, and focused on enhancing customer experience.
