This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Design and build fullstack applications utilizing Java for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code in accordance with industry best practices and coding standards.

• Develop and sustain RESTful APIs while integrating third-party services seamlessly.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other developers to transform requirements into technical solutions.

• Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers and implementing enhancements.

• Diagnose, debug, and enhance application performance throughout the entire stack.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends pertinent to fullstack development.

• Demonstrated experience in Java programming and backend development.

• Strong command of React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proven fullstack development experience with complete project ownership.

• Comprehensive understanding of RESTful API design and development.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Knowledge of unit testing and code quality practices.
