Mid Developer – CMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold components of a CMS application, ensuring efficient data flow and workflow automation across various systems.

• Aid in the execution of microservices and API integrations that link user interfaces, reporting dashboards, and backend data services.

• Develop secure, modular, and reusable software components within AWS GovCloud environments.

• Work in collaboration with architects, UI/UX designers, and testers to enhance user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and produce high-quality production code.

• Implement DevSecOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control utilizing AWS CodeCommit or Git.

• Engage in Agile practices (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and assist with backlog grooming.

• Adhere to DoD cybersecurity and coding standards, ensuring compliance with RMF and DISA STIG requirements.

• Perform code reviews, identify defects, and suggest performance improvements.

• Support data validation, error handling, and synchronization of case data across IL2–IL5 environments.

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for CMS concerns during sustainment and iterative enhancement phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack or enterprise software development.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python, along with frameworks like Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Django.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Proven experience with case management or workflow-driven applications.

• Experience with OutSystems is highly preferred.

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• CompTIA Security+ CE (DoD 8570 compliant) is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or a similar Agile certification is preferred.

• An active Secret clearance is required.
