Mid AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement production-ready ML and LLM-based systems, including RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and embeddings, tailored for enterprise clients.

• Take ownership of the technical delivery from start to finish, encompassing architecture, prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

• Collaborate closely with client engineering and product teams to convert business requirements into defined, deliverable technical solutions.

• Provide mentorship and support to fellow ML engineers through code reviews, technical advice, and sharing of knowledge.

• Assist in defining internal best practices, tooling, and technical standards as the team expands.

• Represent TensorOps in technical discussions with clients, during workshops, and optionally at industry conferences.

• Influence the technical direction across client projects while mentoring junior ML engineers.

• Transition AI systems from prototypes to production-level deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related field (Mid-level) / 5 years for Senior roles.

• Proficient hands-on skills in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented production-quality code.

• Demonstrable experience in independently designing, training, optimizing, and deploying ML models (e.g., using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in constructing GenAI & LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, chatbot architectures, and applications utilizing tools like LangChain.

• Familiarity with MLOps and production ML practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML workflows.

• Proven experience in deploying and scaling ML systems on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong skills in performance optimization and debugging.

• Experience interacting with stakeholders or clients is an added advantage.
