This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design and create enterprise-level BI solutions leveraging MicroStrategy.

• Develop and manage MicroStrategy metadata, schemas, cubes, reports, dossiers, and dashboards.

• Establish BI architecture standards, best practices, and governance protocols.

• Enhance report performance, SQL generation, caching, and overall platform effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects on data warehouse and semantic layer design.

• Maintain enterprise reporting environments, security settings, and user access management.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analysis for platform or reporting challenges.

• Engage in requirement gathering sessions with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ensure that BI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.

• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the BI team.

• Over 5 years of experience in working with MicroStrategy.

• Profound knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture, Intelligence Server, and administration.

• Practical experience with: Dossiers, Intelligent Cubes, Schema Objects, Report Services, Attributes, Facts, Metrics, and Transformations.

• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

• Experience in troubleshooting performance and scalability challenges.

• Strong grasp of BI governance and enterprise analytics environments.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English communication skills.
