Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Finance Management Team to convert user requirements into customized reports and visual dashboards utilizing Business Central and Power BI.

• Utilize standard Business Central features whenever feasible.

• Create customized data logic and bespoke functional solutions when business needs surpass the available out-of-the-box functionalities.

• Oversee and manage integrations between Business Central and external databases or third-party platforms.

• Develop and maintain APIs.

• Act as the primary remote contact for daily internal user inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the Finance Department and throughout the organization.

• Lead and supervise two in-house developers and one part-time QA personnel.

• Assign tasks, plan sprints, provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality execution.

• Configure and technically maintain Business Central budgeting modules, including budget structures, data-entry setups, and budget-versus-actual tracking.

• Serve as the main subject-matter expert for the ERP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of verified, hands-on experience as an Implementer / Consultant specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Experience in the High-Tech sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating closely with finance teams to translate intricate financial requirements into intuitive, user-friendly reports and dashboards.

• Practical experience in connecting Business Central to external platforms and third-party systems through APIs, Web Services, or integration tools.

• Strong expertise in Power BI development and its seamless integration with Business Central.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a small team of developers.

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical sprints and driving projects to completion.

• Technical knowledge of setup, configuration, and maintenance for Budgeting / Budget Control functionality in Business Central for financial and cash flow reporting.

• Availability to work full-time in alignment with European Time Zone hours.

• Strong grasp of financial concepts, accounting principles, and workflows.

• Advantageous to have experience with HiBob integration or similar HR management systems.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot and their integration with Business Central is a plus.
