Microsoft Certified Trainer – Instructor for Funded Continuing Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitation of live online instruction: You will lead virtual training sessions, imparting practical, hands-on knowledge to participants.

• Support and guidance: You will assist training participants throughout the entire course, addressing their questions and concerns.

• Preparation and follow-up of training sessions: You ensure the smooth operation of training measures and courses through careful preparation and follow-up.

• Ongoing professional development: You will continually enhance your expertise in your field as well as in additional areas such as ITIL®, Scrum, PRINCE2®, DevOps, AI topics, agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and other approaches.

• Acquisition and sharing of certifications: You regularly achieve new certifications and convey this knowledge to participants during your training sessions.

• Development of training materials: You will create and refine teaching materials specifically tailored to the needs of learners.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a seasoned Microsoft Certified Trainer (m/f/d) and possess the necessary course certifications.

• You have experience in teaching adults, preferably in the realm of subsidized training.

• You have a passion for teaching and assisting participants in enhancing their competencies.

• You are proficient in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.

• You are eager to continuously pursue further education and learn new technologies or methodologies.

• You can work independently in a structured manner, while also being a collaborative team player.
