This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic alliance management & relationship oversight: You are responsible for developing and expanding strategic partnerships, including with Microsoft, managing joint business plans, and collaborating closely with Microsoft seller teams in joint account planning.
• Go-to-Market, co-selling & growth: You will shape joint go-to-market strategies, drive co-selling initiatives for pipeline generation, and ensure the visibility of our (AI) solutions in the Microsoft Marketplace as well as at relevant events.
• Marketing, funding & campaigns: You will coordinate marketing activities and funding programs, work closely with internal campaign managers, and leverage the reach of the Microsoft network to enhance brand awareness.
• Internal enablement & interface role: As a key link between sales and marketing, you will ensure a consistent and high-performing partner profile.
• Reporting & management: You will track the success of the Microsoft alliance using KPIs (pipeline, revenue, brand impact), conduct business reviews, and derive specific actions for continuous improvement based on partner feedback.
• Initial experience in the Microsoft environment, e.g., through marketing, sales, partner management, presales, consulting, or project work.
• Or as a career changer with a strong affinity for Microsoft, cloud, business applications, or tech ecosystems.
• A keen interest in actively shaping partnerships, go-to-market topics, and collaboration with Microsoft.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about Microsoft partner programs, co-selling, campaigns, or funding models.
• You are a "people person" and know how to build sustainable networks within complex organizations (such as Microsoft).
• You are passionate about topics like generative AI, Copilot, and Azure Cloud and can convey this enthusiasm to partners and clients.
• High motivation, willingness to learn, and a desire to develop both professionally and personally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent German and very good English skills.
