📋 Description

• Advise & Assess: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business and security challenges, evaluate their Microsoft 365 environments, and pinpoint significant opportunities for enhancement.

• Design & Deliver: Create and implement security and compliance solutions throughout Microsoft 365, adhering to Microsoft best practices, Zero Trust principles, and regulatory standards.

• Shape Strategy: Assist clients in establishing security strategies, roadmaps, and policies across organizations of diverse sizes and maturity levels.

• Hands-On: Oversee implementations, tenant migrations, and greenfield deployments, converting designs into secure and user-friendly solutions.

• Support Pre-Sales: Work in tandem with sales teams on solution design, offer technical insights, and contribute to Statements of Work and proposals.

• Microsoft Partnership: Serve as the technical representative for CyberOne when interacting directly with Microsoft by engaging with their product group and engineering teams.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance technologies, including:

• Microsoft Purview

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Microsoft Defender for Office 365

• Microsoft Defender for Identity

• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps

• Microsoft Entra ID

• Microsoft Intune

• Proven experience in delivering M365 tenant migrations and greenfield deployments

• Ability to evaluate existing environments, identify deficiencies, and execute effective remediation strategies

• Proficient in conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Preferred Certifications:

• SC-100 – Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect

• SC-200 – Microsoft Security Operations Analyst

• SC-300 – Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator

• SC-400 – Microsoft Information Protection and Compliance Administrator

• MS-500 – Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate

• MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator
